[RESOLVED] Unable to login weird issue

All three browsers
Description of problem:
We have a teacher who is unable to log into Studio since the Studio update. We have tried multiple machines and multiple browsers and reset passwords multiple times each time the same message unable to login. Any idea?

I’ve been in email communication with a teacher from your organization. We’ve discovered an issue in our login form which is preventing some users from logging in. It affects users who registered with usernames containing capital letters, which I have opened an issue for. We’ve marked the issue high priority.
