this is a confirmed issue that the development team is working hard to solve as soon as possible.
Answering your other question: it’s not your problem only, there are more users affected ( https://community.learningequality.org/t/after-the-kolibri-update-all-existing-content-now-has-an-exclamation-point-and-i-am-not-able-to-publish ) and it’s on the top of the team priorities.
No data is lost in any case, so once the problem is solved in the server you’ll be able to continue working as usual.
