I am getting errors and not able to download videos. My machine is behind a TMG server, firewall/proxy and we have opened up gatehouse.learningequality.org 23.253.32.238:80 which was discovered being blocked. Can anyone supply and further information as to what is causing errors? Below is an error when trying to download videos

Hi @mdland55,

I believe at the end, it will download from Amazon S3. Would you be able to whitelist s3.amazonaws.com and see if it works?
