Good some clients have tried to download the csv files but are unable to do so. When attempting the download, it gives you a blank web page and just sits there. The terminal command is also not able to download the file.

Generating the CSV log files can take a long time before the download starts. The white page you’re experiencing could be Kolibri generating the files, which will trigger their download once they’ve been generated.
If possible, my recommendation is to upgrade to Kolibri 0.12. In version 0.12 we made the facility log exporting a background process for a better user experience when downloading large logs. You can get the latest version of Kolibri here: https://learningequality.org/download/
