I have been in touch with Barbara from Luweero Diocese, who has reported having difficulty opening Kolibri on Windows 7. It appears that on some devices she is trying to download it as a fresh installation, and on other computers she is deleting an older version of Kolibri first:
“This is our main problem with Windows 7, it happens sometimes at the first installation. But more often after deleting an old version from the computer. May be you can give us an idea, what to do.”
