Kolibri disconnects while trying to import content

Summary

I’m trying to import content from an external USB but it does not pickup via kolibri.
The main issue here is that it keeps “Disconnected from server” showing this error message and as soon as you click on “Try Now” it re-connects." Please see this link with the video:

The HDD is mounted @ sdb1 8:17 0 111.8G 0 part /media/usb0
There a consistent Warning in the kolibri.txt file:
WARNING 2021-06-11 10:44:29,977 django.request Not Found: /api/
I’m not sure if this is a concern but its worth knowing why this is happening.

Please let me know if you are able to assist, This (WARNING 2021-06-11 10:44:29,977 django.request Not Found: /api/) is happening on all our boxes with kolibri version 0.14.6 & 0.14.7 that i have seen. Looking forward hearing from you.

During an Online Import this happened:

I retried the import and it worked afterwards.

While the import was running I had a look at my connetion and tested with Chrome Connectivity Diagnostics:
