I get an error when uploading files to Kolibri Studio

Hello,

I was uploading files (videos) to Kolibri studio (https://studio.learningequality.org) using Ricecooker, but I get the following error:

The files in total weigh about 2 GB.

I checked if I have internet connection and everything is fine.

Your help please.

This appears to be happening during the creation of the topic tree rather than during file upload. I’ll look on our error reporting and see if there’s anything that could be causing this.

Thanks for sending your account’s email address to me. I couldn’t find any errors on our end for your account.

Although, please be aware that there’s a default storage limit of ~500MB on Studio. You may submit a request for more space within your Studio account.
