Need help with getting subtitles to work with a video I uploaded. I inserted the VTT file and published the changes. When I try to preview in Kolibri studio the video I don’t see the subtitles. Am I missing a step somewhere?
Hello Josh, would you mind sending in a private email the token of your channel to see what could be happening?
@Josh_Vinton do you see the CC button in the Video Preview tab on Studio? If you have more than one caption available, it might be deactivated until you select the language:
