Can anyone help me import channels from Kolibri

If I go to that Kolibri install I see a number of channels I can browse and view such as Manuels Scolaire Congolais, Modules de formation des enseignant en RDC.

But I am not able to import these channels, only the stock ones like French Khan Academy. Are they private? How does one get permission?

I tried kolibri manage importchannel/importcontent and they claim 100%. I notice many files in process_cache/ but none in content/. Do I need to restart kolibri?

Looks like kolibri manage did indeed work.
