I have been trying to import channels into Kolibri and the “Kolibri Studio” option is “grayed out” and I can’t click on it. I tried to install the Kolibri on a different machine on a different network and experienced the same problem. I tried turning off the firewall, and that did not help. We do have a filter with untangle, but it’s pretty open and shouldn’t be presenting an issue. Thoughts? Thank you very much!
It seems to be a filtration issue on our end. What websites need to be opened up to allow for proper downloading?

This isn’t an issue that’s been reported previously, but if it does appear to be related to your filter, then you could try adding the Studio domain into the list of allowed sites. I’ll PM you with the address for Studio.
