Allow Educators to specify Mastery Criteria or Completion Requirement for Exercises

It would be nice if the teacher could change the completion requirement for exercises within Kolibri.

Current Behavior
When adding a lesson with exercises from Khan Academy, I am unable to change the completion requirement for exercises within a lesson.

Desired Behavior
It would be nice if there was some way to modify the default completion requirement without Kolibri Studio.

Thanks for the feedback - this is definitely something we are looking at as we look into allowing more editing happening in the Kolibri platform itself, so thanks for the pointed example!
