We have a newer software platform, Kolibri, that was released in December 2017 and meets the needs you’ve described. After several years of feedback from KA Lite, our team identified a strong need for curating and aligning open educational resources to local standards, including a wider selection of content sources to fill curricular gaps, being able to support locally created and localized content.
You can explore and import the pre-organized libraries of open educational resources that we’ve made available for offline use in Kolibri, as well as upload your own resources using Kolibri Studio. I’ll PM you separately with information on accessing and using Studio to upload external resources.
