From the look of it, it looks like you’re possibly using Linux? Would you be able to check and see what comprises the 33% CPU usage, using a system monitor type app?
If you’re comfortable using the browser development tools, seeing the timings (link is for Chrome/Chromium-based) for browser requests that you’re experiencing as slow will be help in diagnosing where the slowdown is originating
All of this requested information can help lead us to what the next debugging step should be.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot.
The standout request is the line that starts with channel/?available=true. For that request, the response is somewhat large at 43.9MB. That said, the majority of the request time looks to be related to downloading the response. I suspect the network connection is to blame for that.
With your past forum posts in mind, is this the server you’re hosting online? Were you accessing it over the internet when you took this screenshot?
