You need to create a new super admin account via the command line.
If you are running Kolibri on Windows, and get the command not found output in the Command prompt, you are probably running an older version of Kolibri that did not have the command set on Path. Our first recommendation would be to upgrade Kolibri to the latest version.
Alternatively, you can still run the kolibri manage createsuperuser command, but you need to do it from the same folder where kolibri.exe file is located. Depending on the version of Kolibri you have installed, it can be in one of these folders:
C:\Python27\ScriptsC:\Python34\ScriptsC:\Python36\Scripts
