Not able to import content 'khanacademy(english) in kolibiri

Hi

I am not able to import content 'khanacademy(english) in kolibiri from ‘kolibiri studio’ in my laptop.
The install crashes after some time and say it is not able to connect.
I tried many times and even tried to download 2mb size video and excercise , and each time it crashes and says it is not able to connect.

I have checked my internet connection and it is working fine and felt that there some issue with kolibiri.

Can you share which version of Kolibri you are using as well as your OS you’re accessing it with?

I am having windows 10 in my laptop.
I have installed the latest Kolibri Version : 0.9.0 in my laptop.

While this doesn’t sound like it’s quite the same issue (could you share a screenshot of what “crashing” looks like?), it is worth noting that we have just released Kolibri v0.9.1, which resolves some related issues.
