My Internet download speed is 60 mbps & last week I downloaded Khan Academy EN. It took me two and one half days to download the entire channel.

It’s likely that what you are experiencing is unrelated to the earlier messages in this thread. We have been investigating some issues related to import/export in 0.13.0, and are working on getting a 0.13.1 patch out as soon as possible.

It’s possible that you are experiencing this issue, but we would like to confirm:

Could you try:

shut down kolibri
go to your Kolibri home folder (./kolibri in your main user directory)
look for files which start with job_storage.sqlite.*
move these files to any other folder
restart kolibri

If the problem is the same as what others are experiencing, this ought to help imports work again.

Additionally, if you send us the moved job_storage.sqlite.* database files, we can inspect them and confirm. I’ll send you my email privately for this.

Another problem I faced with is
It has only problem importing or cancelling the download process with Khan academy (English)

Hi @jmekhteyari , can you send here your kolibri.txt file so we can look at your logs in detail?. It’s being hard to reproduce your problem to solve it and the logs can help with it.
https://kolibri.readthedocs.io/en/latest/manage/get_support.html#locate-kolibri-log-files has the information to locate this file depending on your OS.

Hello @jmekhteyari , I have been checking your kolibri.txt file and I am afraid I can’t find any error or clue there.
There are several problems in version 0.13.0 related to the channels importation in Windows. Symptoms can be different for the same database locking problems. I think they all have been solved in the 0.13.1 version that was released last Friday to fix these problems.
Can you try installing this new version and check if you can install the channel now?
