Multiple import and export of channels

I would like to leave my laptop for say a whole night importing/exporting many channels. However there doesn’t seem to have this option.

How can we achieve this?

Hi Maxwell,

If you leave a channel importing overnight, it should continue as long as the computer is still running. We don’t have a mechanism for queueing up multiple channels at once through the interface, but I could share how to do this through a command line script if that’s of interest.

I would be keen to have the CLI script because in many cases I have wanted to import multiple channels.

You can find instructions for importing channels via the command line here: https://kolibri.readthedocs.io/en/latest/manage/command_line.html.

Have you received access to Kolibri Studio? If not, I’ll message you separately as you’ll need to access Studio to find the ‘channel ID’ required for importing through the command line.

Thank you @laura. I have access to Kolibri Studio already so accessing the channel ID would not be a problem.
