Kolibri: yarn run devserver not working

Hello,
I just cloned the repository and following all the steps from the guide, t have yarn and npm installed and i am not able to run the devserver, can someone please help me out.

Have you run yarn install? It looks like the npm-run-all dependency is missing. See the last line here: Getting started — Kolibri developer documentation 0.15.0.dev0+git.20210327192021 documentation

Yeah, I had an error while installing yarn.

error An unexpected error occurred: “https://codeload.github.com/learningequality/kolibri-design-system/tar.gz/4a2ae39872817e189c35db1de975c9c49b5b03fa: ESOCKETTIMEDOUT”.
