Error in yarn install

Hi everyone,
I am trying to install yarn following the kolibri developer guide,
I am getting the error pasted below:

error An unexpected error occurred: “https://codeload.github.com/learningequality/kolibri-design-system/tar.gz/4a2ae39872817e189c35db1de975c9c49b5b03fa: ESOCKETTIMEDOUT”.

can someone please help!

If you’re getting this error during the yarn install step, could you try this version instead?

 yarn install --network-timeout 100000
