I can’t install Kolibri on some of my windows PC though disabling Smartscreen and Windows firewall. While installing, the installation process completes but I receive a dialogue box “Kolibri has encountered an installation failure” then it uninstalls. Kindly assist.

If you could please share your Kolibri log file, that will assist in helping determine what is going wrong. You can find instructions on how to find the log files, but please note that depending on your Kolibri version, the file may be named kolibri.log or kolibri.txt.
I also encourage you to review the forum for similar issues, as well as the documentation.

A similar issue has been fixed in Kolibri 0.13.2. Would you be able to download and try this version?
