The “Solve problems with picture graphs 1” exercise in Khan Academy’s Math section isn’t recognizing entered responses. Every time we submit an answer and click “Check,” we get an “Please enter an answer above” error.
I tried multiple browsers and cleared cache, but the page doesn’t see that an answer has been entered into the field.
Any ideas?

If this is only happening with this specific exercise, it’s possible that there is a problem with that content item. Looking at the most up to date version of Khan Academy that we have in the Kolibri Library, I do see a Solve problems with picture graphs exercise, but I don’t see the specific question that appears in your screenshot, which indicates to me that the content has likely been updated since you imported it. Since I can’t find a version of this exercise that contains this question to try to reproduce the issue, I’m not able to investigate further by reproducing. Updating the latest version of this content from Khan Academy may resolve the issue.
It’s also possible that there is a bug in the Kolibri version you are using that is contributing to the problem. I see that the Check button on your Kolibri is purple, which indicates to me that you are using Kolibri version <0.16.2. Kolibri version 0.19.5 is the latest release available, and we recommend you upgrade to the latest version.
