Good morning, I have a question regarding the Kolibri server. Could I download the history or report of assigned exercises? For example, download information about a group, the assigned activity, the date, the number of participants, and the time, all in a single document?

Thank you for your question about download reports in document form from the Kolibir server .
The closest feature we currently have would be the CSV export functionality available on the Facility > Data page. You can generate two types of reports there:
Session Logs: These provide detailed data on how much time each user spent on specific resources and their progress, including both registered and anonymous users. This gives you granular, visit-by-visit information.
Summary Logs: These track the total time spent and overall progress made by each user on each resource, combining data from all their sessions into consolidated summaries.
While these reports don’t exactly match the specific format you described (group assignments, dates, participant counts in a single document), they should contain much of the underlying data you’re looking for. You may need to filter or reorganize the exported CSV data to get closer to your desired format.
