(1) If you need information about users’ interactions with the content, it’s possible to download session logs and summary logs in the CSV format.
(2) If you need users’ data, there is a management command available.
In your e-mail, you mentioned that one of the things you need to download is time spent in lessons, so I assume that (1) is what you need.
