Bug when importing content

We have encountered a bug when trying to import channels. When select the channel you want to import, Kolibri tries to load the content and then stops on a blank screen as shown below.

I have tried refreshing and it seemed not to work but while I pressed ctrl+alt+prtSc keys to do the below screenshot, somehow it then loaded the directories within the channel. @Michael please add anything i might have missed out.
