Android App - Problems with Synchronization

We’ve been encountering technical issues related to synchronization on certain Android tablets running our app in a learn-only configuration.

  • The Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 (Wi-Fi) tablets were eventually able to synchronize successfully, even after being offline for an extended period.

  • In contrast, the Galaxy Tab A (8.0", Wi-Fi, 2019) tablets failed to synchronize entirely.

We’ve attempted several troubleshooting steps with the Tab A (2019), including adjusting Samsung system settings, force-stopping the app, and even using ADB commands, but none of these approaches resolved the issue. Interestingly, the tablet does connect to the server—it simply does not initiate the synchronization process.
