Description of problem:
Hi Learning Equality team, for some reason I am unable to publish the channels listed above. They were working a few weeks ago, but now the progress bar stops around 90% and I get the error below:

Any assistance would be appreciated

Hi @kapsak,

Thank you for reporting this issue - we have logged this error on our side, and it looks like there is something amiss with mapping the prerequisites during publish time. I am going to create a fix to prevent this from blocking publishing, but it may mean that not all prerequisites are exported as expected.

I will update you when the fix is live on Studio.

Kind Regards,
Richard

Thanks @richard, I’ll wait for the fix to be applied.

Hi @kapsak,

We have now applied and launched a fix that we hope will prevent this error occurring during publishing. Please let us know if this has resolved the issue you are seeing!

Kind Regards,
Richard

Hi @richard,
Thanks for applying the fix. I’m now able to publish the channels :raised_hands:

One other question; It seems like setting prerequisites can often be a source of error when creating channels on Kolibri Studio. Is it possible to have some kind of checks or summary information of the prerequisites on each content node within a channel on Kolibri Studio? This would also be very helpful

Kind Regards,
Kapya

Hi Kapya,

Is it possible to have some kind of checks or summary information of the prerequisites on each content node within a channel on Kolibri Studio?

Just to clarify - do you mean on a per content node basis, or some sort of summary for the channel as a whole?

Kind Regards,
Richard

Hi Richard,
I mean on a per content node basis i.e How many prerequisites does each content node have and what are they.
Regards,
Kapya

Hi Kapya,

Thanks - we are currently in the middle of a big refactor of Studio, and I think the new interface provides much better visibility into this, so hopefully this will satisfy this need.

We are hoping to launch it in the next few months, so watch this space!

Kind Regards,
Richard

I am a newbie. I was able to successfully publish my first channel but thereafter I get this error message:
An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again, and if you continue to see this message, please contact support via the Help menu.
I see I am not the only one who has had this problem but it was addressed and fixed for someone in October (two months ago.)
