Thumbnails have suddenly disappeared on some of the channels referred to in the screenshots below, channel token also attached with the technical details. This is happening regardless of the fact that the thumbnails were loaded on kolibri studio

This seems to be a recurring issue for you, but we’ve not heard it reported anywhere else. When you say they are disappearing are these the thumbnails for the channel itself, or for the folders and resources inside the channels? Have you recently updated these channels?

These are thumbnails of some of the channels and some of the resources inside channels.
Were these channels recently updated, or was anything else done recently on the device that might have had an impact?
Does the device have adequate space left? You said you attached screenshots and a channel token in your original post, could you please add those, as they appear to be missing.
