Kolibri Studio: more space request error

Hi there.

I have noticed other people commenting on a server 500 error when trying to access channels. I have only had this problem when using the settings page to request more space for my channel. I can fill in the request form without a problem, but when I submit the request, then I get the server 500 error.

Please could you advise me who I need to talk to about requesting more space, as I have a number of uploads I would like to do in the next week.
