Kolibri says "Server is up and running" when going on server port


When I start kolibri from the system tray and load up a server, it doesn’t show a wizard, instead it just says “server is up and running” am I missing something? Did I misunderstand something? How can I get kolibri to work on my computer for personal use. Below is a picture of my issue when going to the url

That indeed does not look like Kolibri, you might have something else running on the port 8080. Did you download the installer from our Downloads page?

Do you see the icon in the Windows taskbar?
