I found this topic from 2017, but the only answer leads to this documentation. I tried to follow the directions in that doc… but I see no options at all regarding any of the libraries, let alone the “Select entire channels instead” option that the documentation says I need to click. This image is all I see, and neither the cloud, pin, nor WiFi icons are clickable in any way. When I go into the individual libraries and try to click through the folders, there’s still no options for mass downloading and I keep going through everything until I’m left with individual files. For clarity: I just want to download everything on Kolibri, but I don’t want it to take half a damn day of clicking through every individual file for no reason if there are any library-wide download options available. I am extremely confused on what I’m meant to do here… is the documentation out-of-date or am I just completely missing something? Someone please respond ASAP.

From your screenshot, it looks like you’re looking at the Learn page, so I think you may be missing something.
For mass import into a Kolibri device, you should be using the Device → Channels functionality. This is to what the documentation link is referring: Channels and resources - Kolibri User Guide
This does require that the user you are logged in as has superadmin privileges on the device - so it is best to use the user you created when first setting up the Kolibri device.
