Dear all,
I am involved in an educational project in a rural community with recently very limited access to the internet. We have just implemented Kolibri as a way to provide offline digital learning, and there has been some initial success in terms of engagement with the students.
At this stage, I would like to explore better ways to track and visualize learning outcomes. As an exploration of data tools, while doing some searching I found some Tableau training in Hyderabad, and this got me thinking: is it possible to use tools like Tableau (even in an indirect way) to analyze Kolibri usage data?
I would love to hear from anyone with experience doing the following:
Managing and exporting data from Kolibri usage.
Visualizing learning progress or learning device usage through third party tools.
Training local teachers or volunteers on basic data literacy.
Balancing technology like Kolibri with learning from other platforms like Tableau.
Ultimately we want to make sure that the technology we use is helpful to teachers making decisions. If you have had similar experiences or advice to share, please reach out.
Thank you so much in advance!
Kind regards,
fifohe
