There are two Khan Academy Content Channels. Khan Academy (English), v14, 38GB and Khan Academy (English- US Curriculum), v2, 54GB. What is the difference between these two channels?
Hi Dale,
Can you share where you’re pulling these channels from? It’s possible you might have an older version of the channels–the two present public KA English channels are duplicates in terms of content, but different in terms of alignment/organization: KA (English – CBSE Curriculum), which is an Indian curriculum, and KA (English - US Curriculum). To confirm, you can check out the most recent versions on the catalog, which are separated by alignment. I hope this helps!

I’m getting the channels from Kolibri Studio (online). I recently ungraded to Kolibri 0.14.6 and upgraded all the channels. Attached are pictures of channels and sources. I upgraded channels I have had for a while and the second Khan Academy showed up. I now have 2 Khan Academy channels. I just want to verify which one to implement in the schools.

Hi Dale,
The first one “Khan Academy (English)” is organized in alignment to the India curriculum and the second one you have is organized to the US curriculum. So it just depends on your preference between the two, but the resources are the same across both. I hope this helps a bit?
Best,
Laura
