It’s the same procedure (upgrading the system, enabling USB booting, etc.) and then, instead of using piclone (AKA SD card copier) you have different options. The one I use is cloning the card in another machine using unix commands (dd
mainly), but I have seen there’s an script to do it using the same system you’re cloning: GitHub - billw2/rpi-clone: A shell script to clone a booted disk.
I haven’t tested it but it seems doable
