Error on upgrade to 0.12.9

Hello Support, Hope all is well with you. Setting up a spare server for ObAnggen School in Bokondini, Papua, Indonesia and ran into an error while upgrading today. The upgrade seemed successful and the server is working. But apt-get update is still showing packages to be upgraded and this error occurs.
From terminal while upgrade;
Setting up kolibri (0.12.9-0ubuntu1) …

The Kolibri server is installed in Proxmox VM with this following info from Kolibri Info

Installer: apt
Server: Kolibri internal server
Database: /home/kolibri/.kolibri/db.sqlite3
Device name: kolibri
Free disk space: 300 GB
Server time: Thu Nov 21 2019 17:47:51 GMT+0900 (Japan Standard Time)
Server timezone: America/New_York

Thank you very much for your report. You have found a new bug in the Debian package.
We have just uploaded a new version of the package with the fix.
Doing
sudo apt update
sudo apt install kolibri
should solve it

Thank you for your help. I just now checked the reply. I did not get email notification of your message. I checked spam and nothing there either. Perhaps I have setting wrong in my profile.

I am off site now and traveling tomorrow. Will try this hopefully on Monday.
