CK-12 and KA-Lite channels failing to download (0.7.0)

Good day,

Like the topic title indicates on our installation the CK-12 and KA-Lite channels fail to download from your Central Server.

Other channels downloaded fine: OpenStax, PhET, Pratham, TESSA, and Touchable Earth (en) all downloaded without issue (all though it was a bit slow). But CK-12 and KA-Lite always, and almost immediately, gives a “Transfer failed. Please try again.” message.

The Kolibri log ends with the following:
WARNING 2018-01-21 22:25:37,266 api Did not find language code None in our le_utils.constants!

Looking forward to your response.

This issue is still persisting, can some one please advise.

Do you require more information?

Hi there,

Thanks for letting us know. It appears this issue is happening with other large content channels as well and has been reported for review. You can track the progress on GitHub here: https://github.com/learningequality/kolibri/issues/3110

Best,
Laura

Hi Laura,

Thanks for the reply. I will keep an eye on the bug.
I will also check that issue goes away when less resources are selected in the down.

Kind regards
David de Villiers
