My installation is not accessible

when i try to access to my kolibri server i got the error message

" 502 bad gateway Nginx"

Keep in mind that when using RPi with a SD card, it takes time to build the database the first time Kolibri starts, so sometimes it just requires a bit of patience. Waiting (no more than 5 minutes) and trying a restart could be the solution if there are no other problems. It would also be good to know if this is a first installation or an upgrade.

If the problem persists, we would require at least the Kolibri logs from your installation to further investigate the issue. Refer to our user documentation for where to retrieve the logs.
