# Unable to view English Khan Academy

Hi @PrepperDisk!

To better understand what happened, could you please answer a few questions?

- Has this error occurred consistently? If you try clicking “Select Resources” again, does it still fail?

- Do you see this same error if you try to select resources from other channels?

- This channel is quite large, which might be causing the issue. How long does it take between clicking and the error appearing? A few seconds, a few minutes?
