Thanks - looks like you’re running into a [known issue](https://github.com/learningequality/kolibri/issues/2805) that will be addressed in the next patch release.

In the meantime, you can try one of these work-arounds:

- follow the advice of @benjamin [in this post](http://community.learningequality.org/t/kolibri-setup-issue/426/12)
- [run the ‘pex’ file](http://kolibri.readthedocs.io/en/release-v0.7.x/install/osx.html#osx) as described under the macos instructions (works on Linux, too)
