I would like to theme Kolibri so that it has a localized feel and was wondering if their was a theme folder and/or selector were I could just modify the look and feel w/out having to change the core files?

Hello @JBL
Kolibri code is _themable_ , you can create a new plugin that changes its appearance, but you need to be able to use Python (Django) + html + css + js technologies.

There is not a current theme selector. Using a new theme requires installing its plugin and enabling it.

If you have the needed skills and are interested in creating your own theme, you can find the needed docs at [Colors and themes - Kolibri Design System](https://design-system.learningequality.org/colors/) and [Kolibri plugin architecture — Kolibri developer documentation 0.15.0a2.dev0+git.327.g963c4b60 documentation](https://kolibri-dev.readthedocs.io/en/develop/backend_architecture/plugins.html)

Regards
José
