Hi @Masomotele,

Thank you for using Kolibri. To manage resources on your Kolibri instances, please follow the documentation [here](https://kolibri.readthedocs.io/en/latest/manage/resources.html). There are several methods detailed including;

- Import from local network or internet
- Import from disk drive
- Import with token

These options above should enable you to copy/import your resources in your Kolibri instances.

Also, here are a few threads that could help you along the way, but there’s more on the forum incase these prove not to be useful.

When I click on the export button, choose the channel to export, it immediately goes to a new screen showing that its already 100% exported, literally immediately, and it stays in that state. Is this normal behaviour? I am sure there is no way it could have exported 8 gb worth of Khan Academy content in less than a second, so why does it default to showing 100% exported from the start?

Be sure to let us know how we can help you further as you progress.

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Best,
