Currently no, but we’ve had similar feedback in the past, and recently received this request that is very similar: [Feature request - drag and drop order change](https://community.learningequality.org/t/feature-request-drag-and-drop-order-change/2622)

I’ve passed this onto our design team, and hopefully we should be able to address this is in the next calendar year.
